If you purchased a product directly from SOLiDE through our website, www.solide.com.tw, and you’re dissatisfied for any reason, send it back within fifteen (15) calendar days of purchase for your refund. No RMA number is needed for the return. Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped. That means new, and in the original packaging.
U.S. customers: Please contact our Customer Service team (email@example.com) for help returning your product. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label. Once we have received your product, your original payment method will be refunded within 7 business days. Depending on your credit card company, an additional 2-10 business days may pass before the credit is posted to your account. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Once your return is approved, we will refund the original purchase price of the product.
Customers outside the United States: Please contact our Customer Service team (firstname.lastname@example.org) for help you to deal with returning your product.
This product refund policy applies to the direct end user purchaser. It does not apply to dealers, distributors or any other third parties in a distribution chain who purchase product for resale, nor does it cover products purchased through online auction websites or channels other than SOLiDE’s website.
